Island Kids has been a part of the Roosevelt Island community since the 1980s. It brings together kids from many diverse backgrounds for play and education based fun aiming to support a more cohesive and tolerant community. Island Kids fills an important gap in both summer camp and afterschool services.  Every year, Island Kids awards over $50,000 in scholarships to families in need.  All donations on Giving Tuesday will support these efforts.  Please consider a donation in any amount, it is truly appreciated.
